  • Box/bench

  • A pair of light dumbbells

WORKOUT

Circuit 1:

  • Sled pull & push

  • 30 sec plank hold

Repeat x 3

Circuit 2:

  • 30 above head punches with dumbbells

  • 30 mountain climbers

  • 15 tricep dips

  • 12 sit up & punch with dumbbells

Repeat x 3
