Full Body Workout

A quick 30 minute workout that got us super sweaty & feeling the burn!

You will need a pair of heavy dumbbells, a pair of light dumbbells & some ab sliders or a towel.

WORKOUT

Superset 1:

DB squats & DB single arm row

Superset 2:

DB straight leg deadlift & push ups

Superset 3:

Single arm shoulder press & bent over reverse fly’s

Superset 4:

Knees to chest & sit up with punch

12 reps of each exercise or 8 reps of each when repeating on both sides.

Repeat each set 4 times.
