Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

MAKES 12 BLISS BALLS

RECIPE

  1. Soak 120g pitted dates in a bowl of hot water for 5 mins.

  2. Add 1 cup almond meal, 1/2 cup shredded coconut & the soaked dates + if needs, some of the water to a food processor. Pulse until a crumble forms.

  3. Scoop out 150g peanut butter into a bowl & mix in the crumble mixture.

  4. Roll into balls & coat in desiccated coconut.

  5. Set in the freezer for 2-3 hours.

    Best stored in the freezer!
