Chocolate Crackle Bars
MAKES 6 BARS

INGREDIENTS
2 cups puffed buckwheat or rice puffs
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup buckwheat kernels
1/3 cup cacao powder
2 tbsp almond or peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut oil
Sea salt to top
Goji berries to top
METHOD
Mix all ingredients except for goji berries and sea salt in a mixing bowl until well combined
Spoon out mixture into muffin tins or a silicone tray and top with a few cracks of sea salt and goji berries
Place in the freezer and and set for at least 20 mins before serving
Keep stored in the fridge
