Chocolate Crackle Bars

MAKES 6 BARS

  • Dairy Free

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups puffed buckwheat or rice puffs

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

  • 1/4 cup buckwheat kernels

  • 1/3 cup cacao powder

  • 2 tbsp almond or peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

  • Sea salt to top

  • Goji berries to top

METHOD

  1. Mix all ingredients except for goji berries and sea salt in a mixing bowl until well combined

  2. Spoon out mixture into muffin tins or a silicone tray and top with a few cracks of sea salt and goji berries

  3. Place in the freezer and and set for at least 20 mins before serving

  4. Keep stored in the fridge
