Schnitzel & Veggie Nourish Bowl

INGREDIENTS
a handful of kale
4 stems of broccolini
1/2 a sweet potato
1 grated carrot
1 piece chicken schnitzel
METHOD
Wash, chop & season sweet potato with cinnamon. Bake in the oven on 200 degrees until browned (20-25 mins)
Cook up your schnitzel on the pan
Sautee kale & broccolini in some olive oil & salt until crispy
Throw all ingredients together in a bowl & top with tahini mustard dressing
Tahini Mustard Dressing
Mix together 1 tbsp tahini, 1 tsp organic seeded mustard, juice of ¼ lemon
