Rice Paper Rolls

INGREDIENTS
Rice paper sheets
Protein of your choice: I usually use chicken or beef mince or tuna, to keep it vegan you could use tofu
Vermicelli noodles
Lettuce
Carrot
Bean sprouts
Avocado
Lemon & chilli for extra flavour
Tamari/soy sauce for dipping
METHOD
Place vermicelli noodles in hot water to cook through
Cook your protein of choice
Chop up/prepare salad ingredients: grate carrot, chop lettuce, slice avocado, wash bean sprouts
Drain vermicelli noodles & place all of your ingredients into separate bowls & put on the table
Create your rice paper roll by dipping your rice paper sheet into some warm water until it becomes soft & then fill with your ingredients, seasoning with some lemon & chili before wrapping it up
Dip rice paper roll in tamari or soy sauce
