Edamame & Brown Rice Noodle Salad

INGREDIENTS
1 packet brown rice noodles
2 carrots
Edamame beans
Shallots
Coriander
Sesame seeds
Tamari
Sesame Oil
The amount of each ingredient you use is up to you. I like making it with lots of edamame beans and just a handful of shallots โ the choice is for you & your tastebuds!
METHOD
Cook your brown rice noodles & grate carrot
Mix cooked noodles with carrot and dress with sesame oil & tamari
Top with edamame beans, shallots, sesame seeds & coriander
