4-Ingredient Pesto Pasta

INGREDIENTS
1 packet pasta of your choice (top is spelt spirals & bottom is buckwheat)
1 grated zuchinni
1 big handful spinach
@naked.byron.foods pesto dip
pine nuts
METHOD
1. Boil pasta & grate zuchinni
2. Once pasta is cooked, drain, put back into saucepan & cover in pesto dip
3. Add grated zucchini & spinach and mix through
4. Serve in a bowl & top with toasted pine nuts
NOTE… If you wanted to bulk this meal up a bit you could add chicken for some protein
