Tahini Oat Slice
MAKES 6-9 SLICES

INGREDIENTS
1 cup oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup tahini
1/3 cup coconut oil melted
1 tbsp maple syrup
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl
Add wet ingredients and mix well to combine, until a sticky mixture forms
Place mixture into a lined baking tray and spread out evenly to fill the tray
Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 mins
Let cool and store in an air tight container. Pop into the fridge after 2 days
