Fruit + Nut Chocolate Bars

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup coconut oil
3 heaped tsp cacao powder
dash of maple syrup
mixed fruit & nuts
coconut flakes
METHOD
Melt coconut oil in the microwave or in a saucepan on the stove
Transfer the melted coconut oil to a bowl and add in the cacao powder, mix to combine
Add maple syrup, taste test and add more maple syrup to sweeten if needed
Using a silicon tray/lined baking tray/muffin tin, evenly pour out chocolate mixture
Add your choice of nuts/seeds into each chocolate bar - I used an oven roasted nuts mix with cranberries, cherries and coconut
Place in the freezer and let set for a minimum of 2 hours
Store in the freezer in an air tight container
