Fig & Nut Bars
MAKES 6-8 BARS

INGREDIENTS
1.5 cups raw nuts of your choice
1 cup dried figs, stems removed
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup LSA
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1.5 tsp cinnamon
pink salt
2 heaped tbsp rice malt syrup
METHOD
Combine nuts, figs & coconut in blender until combined
Add in the rest of ingredients (except rice malt syrup) and continue to pulse until combine
Transfer to a bowl, add rice malt syrup & mix together
Press mixture into a tray & let sit in the freezer for 60 mins before cutting!
