Fig & Nut Bars

MAKES 6-8 BARS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 cups raw nuts of your choice

  • 1 cup dried figs, stems removed

  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

  • 1/4 cup LSA

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp  hemp seeds

  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon

  • pink salt

  • 2 heaped tbsp rice malt syrup

METHOD

  1. Combine nuts, figs & coconut in blender until combined

  2. Add in the rest of ingredients (except rice malt syrup) and continue to pulse until combine

  3. Transfer to a bowl, add rice malt syrup & mix together

  4. Press mixture into a tray & let sit in the freezer for 60 mins before cutting!
