Double Choc Tahini Cookies
MAKES 12 COOKIES

INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond meal
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
a pinch of salt
handful of chopped dark chocolate
RECIPE
Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl: almond meal, cacao powder + salt
Add the wet ingredients: tahini, honey & egg
Gently fold in the chopped dark chocolate
Scoop out the mixture with a tablespoon, roll into balls & flatten on a lined baking tray
Bake in the oven for 10 mins on 180 degrees
Let cool before serving
