Berry Crumble

INGREDIENTS
For the filling
1 packet frozen mixed berries, thawed
2 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 juice of lemon
For the filling
1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pink salt
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup almond milk
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
Place all of the filling ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Put this into an oven proof baking tray/dish
Mix all of the ingredients for the topping together in a bowl.
Evenly spread out the topping mixture on top of the berry mixture and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
Serve with ice cream or coconut yogurt.
