Vermicelli Noodle Salad

INGREDIENTS
Vermicelli noodles
Protein of choice: I used BBQ chicken
1/2 a cucumber
Kaleslaw mix (bought from woolworths)
Lemon
Tamari or soy sauce
Sweet chilli sauce
RECIPE
Start with a base of vermicelli noodles
Add your choice of protein, here I used some shredded BBQ chicken
Chop up half a cucumber & add to the noodles and chicken
Mix in a handful of kaleslaw mix
Top with dressing: juice of a quarter lemon, 1/2 tbsp tamari & 1/2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
So simple, fresh & delicious, plus super easy to put together for lunch or dinner.
