Sesame Noodles
SERVES 1-2

INGREDIENTS
1/2 packet of brown rice noodles
1 zucchini
Sesame seeds to top
For the sauce:
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp tamari
Chilli salt
METHOD
Prepare brown rice noodles in boiling water
Combine ingredients to make sesame sauce
Peel zucchini to make ribbons
Combine cooked noodles, zucchini and sauce in a bowl and top with sesame seeds
Serve on its own or with your choice of protein!
