Super Smoothie
SERVES 1
Gluten Free
Vegan
Blend the following ingredients:
½ cup frozen blueberries
a handful of frozen zucchini
1 tsp maca powder
a sprinkle of cinnamon
1 tbsp collagen powder
1 serving vanilla protein
Ice & water
You may also like to add some coconut flakes to the top for a little crunch
TIP:I love adding a tablespoon of chia seeds at the bottom of my glass before pouring in the smoothie, the chia seeds soak up & add some extra fibre!
