Savoury Pancakes

MAKES 2 PANCAKES

  • Gluten Free

  • Dairy Free

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar 

  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast 

METHOD

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until combined.

  2. Pour mixture into pan & cook each side for 1-2 mins until you see bubbles & then flip. Repeat until you have used up your mixture.

  3. Top with a poached egg, avocado, tahini, hemp seeds and lemon, or any toppings of your choice.
