Savoury Pancakes
MAKES 2 PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
METHOD
Blend all ingredients in a blender until combined.
Pour mixture into pan & cook each side for 1-2 mins until you see bubbles & then flip. Repeat until you have used up your mixture.
Top with a poached egg, avocado, tahini, hemp seeds and lemon, or any toppings of your choice.
