Salted Maple Granola

MAKES 8-10 SERVINGS

  • Vegan

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup oats

  • ¾ cup nuts of your choice – use 2 different types: I like to choose from peanuts, cashews, pecans or almonds

  • ½ cup coconut flakes

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • 2 pinches pink salt

  • ¼ cup goji berries 

METHOD

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celsius

  2. In a bowl, combine oats, nuts, coconut flakes and mix together

  3. Add salt & maple syrup, mix to combine 

  4. Line a baking tray with some baking paper & pour your granola onto the tray, spreading it out evenly 

  5. Place in the oven & bake for 8 mins. Toss up granola & bake for another 8 mins

  6. Add in your goji berries after the 16 mins & leave in the oven for another 3-5 mins

  7. Let granola cool before storing in a glass jar!
