SERVES 1
Blend up the following ingredients:
1 cup of mixed frozen strawberries & raspberries
1 tbsp greek yogurt
1 tbsp collagen powder (optional)
1 tbsp hemp seed oil (optional)
1 serving chocolate protein powder
Water, ice & a dash of almond milk
TIP: I love adding a tablespoon of chia seeds at the bottom of my glass before pouring in the smoothie, the chia seeds soak up & add some extra fibre!
