Pink Berry Bliss Smoothie

SERVES 1

  • Gluten Free

  • Vegan

Blend up the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup of mixed frozen strawberries & raspberries

  • 1 tbsp greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp collagen powder (optional)

  • 1 tbsp hemp seed oil (optional) 

  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder

  • Water, ice & a dash of almond milk

TIP: I love adding a tablespoon of chia seeds at the bottom of my glass before pouring in the smoothie, the chia seeds soak up & add some extra fibre!
