Overnight Chia Oats

SERVES 1

  • Vegan

Mix the following ingredients in a glass jar or tupperware container & store in the fridge overnight:

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1 tbsp rice malt syrup or sweetener of choice

Top with your favourite fruits & flavours in the morning. My favourite topping combinations are: 

  • Blueberries, Yogurt (Greek or Coconut) & Peanut butter

  • Raspberries & Almond Butter
