Overnight Chia Oats
SERVES 1
Vegan
Mix the following ingredients in a glass jar or tupperware container & store in the fridge overnight:
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp rice malt syrup or sweetener of choice
Top with your favourite fruits & flavours in the morning. My favourite topping combinations are:
Blueberries, Yogurt (Greek or Coconut) & Peanut butter
Raspberries & Almond Butter
