Combine oats, nuts, coconut flakes, cinnamon & salt
Add honey and nut milk and combine the mixture well
Spread out the granola evenly onto a lined baking tray & press down with a fork
Bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 8 mins, check the granola & then bake for another 8 mins
Take the granola out of the oven and let it sit for a few mins. Add the sultanas & goji berries, carefully break up the granola into chunks and place back into the oven for 8 mins to crisp up the clusters
Let granola cool before storing in a glass jar!
