Chunky honey granola

MAKES 6-8 SERVINGS

  • Dairy Free

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups oats

  • 2 cups mixed nuts

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup nut milk

  • A handful of sultanas & goji berries

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt

RECIPE

  1. Combine oats, nuts, coconut flakes, cinnamon & salt

  2. Add honey and nut milk and combine the mixture well

  3. Spread out the granola evenly onto a lined baking tray & press down with a fork 

  4. Bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees C for 8 mins, check the granola & then bake for another 8 mins

  5. Take the granola out of the oven and let it sit for a few mins. Add the sultanas & goji berries, carefully break up the granola into chunks and place back into the oven for 8 mins to crisp up the clusters

  6. Let granola cool before storing in a glass jar!
