Christmas Fruit Platter with Coconut Cream Dip

  • Dairy Free

INGREDIENTS

  • Fruit of choice: I used mango, kiwi fruit, strawberries, raspberries and green apple

  • 1/2 cup coconut cream

  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

METHOD

  1. Cut up fruit of your choice and place on a platter

  2. Combine coconut cream, coconut sugar and vanilla in a small bowl

  3. Place coconut cream dip in the centre of fruit platter and serve
