Vanilla Almond Protein Balls
MAKES 5 BALLS

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup almond meal
2 tsp maca
2 tbsp vanilla protein
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
Pink salt
4 medjool dates: pitted and soaked in hot water
METHOD
Blend the ingredients in a blender
Once the mixture is combined, transfer to a mixing bowl and add in a tablespoon of cacao nibs and mix through
Roll into balls and coat with desiccated coconut
Store in the fridge
