Tahini Caramel Superfood Balls

MAKES 8 BALLS

  • Dairy Free

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup almond meal

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 5 medjool dates

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tbsp tahini

  • a pinch of salt

METHOD

  1. Blend the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor

  2. Remove from the blender and roll into balls.

  3. Store in the fridge or freezer as an easy afternoon pick me up!
