Tahini Caramel Superfood Balls
MAKES 8 BALLS
Dairy Free
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup oats
5 medjool dates
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp tahini
a pinch of salt
METHOD
Blend the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor
Remove from the blender and roll into balls.
Store in the fridge or freezer as an easy afternoon pick me up!
