Choc Macadamia Crunch Cookies
MAKES ROUGHLY 12 COOKIES

INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond meal
3/4 cup buckwheat
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup chopped macadamias
6 squares of loving earth salted caramel chocolate or any chocolate of your choosing
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsisus
Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and put aside
Combine wet ingredients in a separate mixing bowl
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredeints and mix together until a dough forms
Chop macadamias and chocolate and gently fold into the mixture
Sppon out tabelspoons of mixture onto a lined baking tray and flatten
Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 mins until golden!
Let cool and store in the fridge
