Winter Warmer Porridge

RECIPE
Combine the following ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until combined and mixture becomes a sticky porridge consistency.
1/2 cup oats
1 heaped tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut sugar
Dash of cinnamon
1 tbsp collagen (optional)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup almond milk
2. Top with your choice of fruits, yogurt and spreads - my favourite toppings are greek yogurt, blueberries and peanut butter!
