Winter Warmer Porridge

SERVES 1

  • Vegan

RECIPE

  1. Combine the following ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until combined and mixture becomes a sticky porridge consistency.

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 heaped tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp collagen (optional)

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 cup almond milk 

2. Top with your choice of fruits, yogurt and spreads - my favourite toppings are greek yogurt, blueberries and peanut butter!
