
GLUTEN & DAIRY FREE
You will need
- 2 cups puffed buckwheat or rice puffs
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup buckwheat kernels
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 2 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- Sea salt to top
- Goji berries to top
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except for goji berries and sea salt in a mixing bowl until well combined
- Spoon out mixture into muffin tins or a lined baking tray and top with a few cracks of sea salt and goji berries
- Place in the freezer and and set for at least 20 mins before serving
- Keep stored in the fridge
