
This is such a simple recipe to follow and tastes delicious! Enjoy these noodles for lunch or dinner on their own or with your choice of protein, salmon would be delicious!
You will need:
- 1/2 packet of brown rice noodles
- 1 zucchini
- Sesame seeds to top
For the sauce:
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp tamari
- Chilli salt
Instructions:
- Prepare brown rice noodles in boiling water
- Combine ingredients to make sesame sauce
- Peel zucchini to make ribbons
- Combine cooked noodles, zucchini and sauce in a bowl and top with sesame seeds
- Serve on its own or with your choice of protein!
