Sesame Noodles

This is such a simple recipe to follow and tastes delicious! Enjoy these noodles for lunch or dinner on their own or with your choice of protein, salmon would be delicious!

You will need:
  • 1/2 packet of brown rice noodles
  • 1 zucchini
  • Sesame seeds to top
For the sauce:
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • Chilli salt
Instructions:
  1. Prepare brown rice noodles in boiling water
  2. Combine ingredients to make sesame sauce
  3. Peel zucchini to make ribbons
  4. Combine cooked noodles, zucchini and sauce in a bowl and top with sesame seeds
  5. Serve on its own or with your choice of protein!
