
You will need:
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl
- Add wet ingredients and mix well to combine, until a sticky mixture forms
- Place mixture into a lined baking tray and spread out evenly to fill the tray
- Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 mins
- Let cool and store in an air tight container. Pop into the fridge after 2 days (that’s if you have any left!)
- If you love tahini like me… top with some extra straight out of the jar!
