I’m usually a sweet breakfast person but these savoury pancakes made me think twice! GF, DF and vegan these pancakes are such a yummy idea if you are looking for something different to try!
This recipe makes 2 pancakes – enough for 1 person. Double the ingredients to make 2 servings.
You will need
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
how to make
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until combined.
- Pour mixture into pan & cook each side for 1-2 mins until you see bubbles & then flip. Repeat until you have used up your mixture.
- Top with a poached egg, avocado, tahini, hemp seeds and lemon, or any toppings of your choice. Even just avocado would be yummy as a lighter option!
