Savoury Pancakes

I’m usually a sweet breakfast person but these savoury pancakes made me think twice! GF, DF and vegan these pancakes are such a yummy idea if you are looking for something different to try!

This recipe makes 2 pancakes – enough for 1 person. Double the ingredients to make 2 servings.

You will need
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar 
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast 
how to make
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until combined.
  2. Pour mixture into pan & cook each side for 1-2 mins until you see bubbles & then flip. Repeat until you have used up your mixture.
  3. Top with a poached egg, avocado, tahini, hemp seeds and lemon, or any toppings of your choice. Even just avocado would be yummy as a lighter option!
