With winter now in full swing down here in Sydney, porridge is becoming a favourite for brekky! Wholesome, healthy and full of fibre, this porridge recipe will keep you full and warm you up on those chilly mornings!

Combine the following ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until combined and mixture becomes a sticky porridge consistency.
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 heaped tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp collagen (optional)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Top with whatever you like – my favourite toppings are greek yogurt, blueberries and peanut butter!
