
Smoothies are the perfect option for a yummy wholesome breakfast that is going to fuel your body with the nutrition it needs for the day & they’re so easy to make. I have found it so hard to create a yummy tasting green smoothie but I think I have finally nailed it! Give it a go and let me know what you think!
Blend the following ingredients in a blender:
- 2 frozen kiwi fruit
- handful of spinach
- 1 serving vanilla protein from @vitaleveryday
- 1 tbsp collagen powder (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Ice, water and a dash of almond milk
