Choc Macadamia Crunch Cookies

I used my new favourite salted macadamias from _brookfarm_ to create these delicious, salty but sweet, crunchy cookies! A really easy recipe to follow that takes less that 25 mins to put together and bake! Perfect morning or afternoon treat to take to work or school! You will need
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 3/4 cup buckwheat 
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond milk 
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamias
  • 6 squares of loving earth salted caramel chocolate or any chocolate of your choosing
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsisus
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and put aside
  3. Combine wet ingredients in a separate mixing bowl
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredeints and mix together until a dough forms
  5. Chop macadamias and chocolate and gently fold into the mixture
  6. Sppon out tabelspoons of mixture onto a lined baking tray and flatten
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 mins until golden!
  8. Let cool and store in the fridge
