Vanilla Almond Protein Balls

3pm sugar craving?? I’ve got you sorted with these protein balls that are full of wholesome goodness that will get you through the afternoon! Make a batch of these for the week so you have an easy snack sorted to take to work or school!

Blend the following ingredients in a blender:
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 2 tsp maca
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pink salt
  • 4 medjool dates: pitted and soaked in hot water ( I also added a little bit of the water to help the mixture combine)
Once mixture is combined:
  • Scoop out of blender into a mixing bowl, add in a tablespoon of cacao nibs and mix through (optional)
  • Roll into balls and coat with desiccated coconut (also optional)
  • Store in the fridge
