
3pm sugar craving?? I’ve got you sorted with these protein balls that are full of wholesome goodness that will get you through the afternoon! Make a batch of these for the week so you have an easy snack sorted to take to work or school!

Blend the following ingredients in a blender:
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 2 tsp maca
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Pink salt
- 4 medjool dates: pitted and soaked in hot water ( I also added a little bit of the water to help the mixture combine)
Once mixture is combined:
- Scoop out of blender into a mixing bowl, add in a tablespoon of cacao nibs and mix through (optional)
- Roll into balls and coat with desiccated coconut (also optional)
- Store in the fridge
