No Equipment at Home Workout

Full body burn – all you need is a positive mind, some activewear and a mat! 
WORKOUT
Repeat 3-4 rounds of the following:
  • Side dips x 15 each side 
  • Half burpees x 10
  • Standing cross over crunch x 20
  • Bridge hold leg lifts x 20
  • Dead bugs x 20
