think peanut sesame flavours with crispy coconut & sweet chewy bites!
* vegan, gluten free, paleo *
You will need:
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup pepitas
- 3/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 3/4 cup sultanas
- 1/2 cup rice malt syrup
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
How to make:
- Pulse sultanas, peanuts, cashews & pepitas in blender until broken into smaller pieces
- Place blended mixture into a bowl with the rest of the dry ingredients
- Melt coconut oil & brown rice syrup until combined
- Pour onto dry ingredients & mix to combine
- Scoop onto a lined baking tray & smooth out
- Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 15 mins
- Once cooked, let it cool right down before brake into piece
