
I always love adding on some sort of hiit to the end of a weights workout ! even though my boyfriend hates doing them, I keep making him do them because they are so good for you to get out any extra energy and finish off nice & sweaty!!
details below, give it a go!
Start with:
Sled pull + push with a plank hold (30 secs if no partner, if partner hold for time it takes to push/pull sled)
REPEAT X 3
Then move onto:
- 30 above head punches
- 30 mountain climbers
- 15 tricep dips
- 12 sit up & punch
REPEAT X 3
