
You will need:
- 500g chicken mince
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 handful shallots
- 1 carrot
- Vermicelli noodles
- Tamari or soy sauce – start with 1/3 cup & add more if you need
- Chilli
- Lettuce leaves
- Sesame seeds
Method:
- Place vermicelli noodles in boiling water to start cooking
- Cook chicken mince on the pan in some sesame oil
- While mince is cooking, grate carrot, pull out lettuce cups & wash
- Drain vermicelli noodles
- Once mince is cooked, add shallots, carrot & noodles, mix to combine
- Add tamari/soy sauce & chilli
- Serve warm mince mixture in lettuce cups & top with sesame seeds
