Rice Paper Rolls

Rice paper rolls are such a fresh, light & delicious dinner or lunch idea. Also a fun way to enjoy dinner if you put all of the ingredients on the table & everyone gets to make their own! 

You will need:

  • Rice paper sheets 
  • Protein of your choice: I usually use chicken or beef mince, tuna & salmon would also be delicious
  • Vermicelli noodles
  • Lettuce
  • Carrot
  • Bean sprouts
  • Avocado
  • Lemon & chilli for extra flavour
  • Tamari/soy sauce for dipping 


  1. Place vermicelli noodles in hot water to cook through
  2. Cook your protein of choice
  3. Chop up/prepare salad ingredients: grate carrot, chop lettuce, slice avocado, wash bean sprout
  4. Drain vermicelli noodles & place all of your ingredients into separate bowls & put on the table
  5. Create your rice paper roll by dipping your rice paper sheet into some warm water until it becomes soft & then fill with your ingredients, seasoning with some lemon & chili before wrapping it up
  6. Dip rice paper roll in tamari or soy sauce
