
Blend up the following ingredients & serve!
- 1 cup of mixed frozen strawberries & raspberries
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Collagen powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp Hemp seed oil (optional)
- 1 serving chocolate protein powder – I use vital protein https://www.vitaleveryday.com/vital-protein/
- Water, ice & a dash of almond milk
TIP:I love adding a tablespoon of chia seeds at the bottom of my glass before pouring in the smoothie, the chia seeds soak up & add some extra fibre!
