
Mix the following ingredients in a glass jar or container & store in the fridge overnight:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup nut mylk (I use almond)
- 1 tbsp rice malt syrup or sweetener of choice
Top with your favourite fruits & flavours in the morning. My favourite topping combinations are:
- Blueberries, Yogurt (Greek or Coconut) & Peanut butter
- Raspberries & Almond Butter
