Edamame & Brown Rice Noodle Salad

I love to make this particular salad a lot & take it to all of our family dinners/celebrations, it’s always a hit! even better that it’s SUPER simple & easy to make! 

You will need:

  • 1 packet brown rice noodles
  • 2 carrots
  • Edamame beans
  • Shallots
  • Coriander
  • Sesame seeds 
  • Tamari
  • Sesame Oil

The amount of each ingredient you use is up to you! I like making it with lots of edamame beans and just a handful of shallots – the choice is for you & your tastebuds! 

Method:

  1. Cook your brown rice noodles & grate carrot
  2. Mix cooked noodles with carrot and dress with sesame oil & tamari
  3. Top with edamame beans, shallots, sesame seeds & coriander
