
I love to make this particular salad a lot & take it to all of our family dinners/celebrations, it’s always a hit! even better that it’s SUPER simple & easy to make!
You will need:
- 1 packet brown rice noodles
- 2 carrots
- Edamame beans
- Shallots
- Coriander
- Sesame seeds
- Tamari
- Sesame Oil
The amount of each ingredient you use is up to you! I like making it with lots of edamame beans and just a handful of shallots – the choice is for you & your tastebuds!
Method:
- Cook your brown rice noodles & grate carrot
- Mix cooked noodles with carrot and dress with sesame oil & tamari
- Top with edamame beans, shallots, sesame seeds & coriander
